Description
Cerex Monitoring Solutions develops and manufactures high-tech solutions for
real-time gas monitoring. Providing simple, effective, customized systems for
industry, government and the community, Cerex systems have the unique capability
to perform multi-component analysis within a single instrument.
Applications :
1. Open Path Analyzer :
Open-path analyzers are used to detect concentrations of hundreds of
individual chemicals in real-time. Our open-path monitors utilize an expansive
library of
detectable gases for continuous monitoring of
hazardous health sites to refinery emissions. Cerex open-path analyzers feature
software programmable adjustment of alarm levels and user configurable relay
activated alerts for gas faults. Alarm outputs include 4-20mA signals and SPDT
relays for warning, alarms, and faults. Combined with a wireless or wired
network our analyzers can relay concentration levels from remote locations to a
central control station for immediate response.
2. Point Analyzer:
Toxins such as Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, and Xylenes (BTEX) are known
human carcinogens at ambient air levels. Our analyzers are capable of
simultaneously detecting these toxins in addition to oxides of Nitrogen (NOx),
CAFO emissions such as Ammonia (NH3) and Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), and other
volatile organic compounds (VOC's) below hazardous levels. UV detection is the
preferred method for ambient criteria pollutants.
3. Stack Analyzer:
Cerex offers stack monitors for
in-situ,
extractive, and cross-stack analysis of stack
gases. Coupled with a variety of alarm and control options, Cerex analyzers are
a complete solution for stack applications.
4. Process Analyzer:
Maintain specification in your process stream with a Cerex process analyzer.
Our analyzers can accurately detect gases from ppb level to percent level
concentrations for precise control of a process stream. Our analyzers feature
user programmable alarm levels to control process functions or give warning when
a process filter needs replacement. Cerex analyzers are also available
customized to customer specification.
Software Overview:
CMS (Continuous Monitoring Software) is the automated multi-component
quantitative analysis software used with all Cerex Monitoring Solutions'
analyzers. It provides seamless integration between the different analyzers
that are in production. CMS enables real time measurements to be taken for both
infrared and UV-VIS active gases depending on the type of analyzer. Moreover,
it has the added feature of doing post process analysis. With constant updates
and customer driven customization, CMS is changing quantitative analysis to the
ease of clicking mouse.
(A) Real Time Monitoring:
CMS provides real-time data acquisition and analysis down to one
second (1 Hz) with an easy to read display.
(B) Trend Analysis:
CMS generates concentration trend charts for quick analysis.
(C) Multi-Component Gases:
CMS has the ability to monitor multiple gases in the infrared to
UV-VIS ranges. Each gas can trigger two programmable, gas specific, alarm relays
for easy external device control.
(D) Full Spectral Data:
CMS automatically stores each spectral scan providing for post
processing and unknown gas searches.
