Company Profile
In 1978, Tool King started as a small retail store in Denver, Colorado selling hammers and power tools to craftsman and do-it-yourselfers. After realizing that there was a high demand for these products, Tool King opened a chain of stores in Colorado.
In 1983, Tool King began gaining national exposure and was recognized as an Inc 500 Company for three successive years.
In 1987, Tool King was on their way to achieving national growth and opened six stores in Colorado and three in Wisconsin.
