Foundation of Omicron France. First UHV AFM is sold.
1994
Development of a combined STM/SEM/SAM system.
1995
First VT STM sold.
RD 100 Award for the new VT STM.
Takeover of VSW Instruments Manchester.
Omicron´s office in Italy is founded.
1996
Omicron Switzerland and Omicron Electron Spectroscopy are founded.
1999
The new Nanoprobe is launched. This system allows a simultaneous 4 probe measurement.
