Company Profile
Imhotep Ltd was founded in 1997 after the two directors: Jonathan A.D. Wilcox MIM CEng and Dr Amanda J. Wilcox had spent over 25 years combined in the polymer composites industry developing ever more advanced processing technology for other companies in extrusion, pultrusion, filament winding, and moulding. Frustrated that what seemed the obvious potential of thermoplastic composites was not being commercially exploited to any great extent they jumped their respective ships and formed Imhotep Ltd. Here they applied they used their combined experience to develop novel processing technology for the ecomomic manufacture of high performance continuous fibre reinforced thermoplastic composites....
