| In 1991, while Brussels was in the process of becoming
the capital of Europe, we launched the first innovation platform Living
Tomorrow. We had the vision to develop an innovation platform where we could
show the visitor how he will live in the future, Living Tomorrow presented the
“House of the Future”. Living Tomorrow embodied a totally new approach for
dealing with innovation: Tomorrow's world was materialized within a futuristic
building.
This first innovation project attracted immediately much attention. But as
the future keeps changing, the project itself has to “innovate” and has to
be renewed every five years. After a second successful project in Belgium, in
which the concept evolved into an exposition for the House and Office of the
Future, its first international complex was opened in Amsterdam in 2003 with an
enormous amount of interest being shown by the media.
The 1st of March 2007, we will open our 3rd Belgian innovation platform where
we allow visitors to experience Tomorrow’s World. Discover the House, Office
and Creative Industries of the Future at Living Tomorrow!
