We have many years experience of processing and despatching mailshots to meet our customers' deadlines. These can consist of anything from postcards, to large specially designed packs.
Mailing Machines
We have a number of inserting and folding machines which can stuff up to 6 items in to a suitable envelope at high speed, enabling us to get large volumes of mail in to the post each day.
Hand Enclosing
Some jobs, such as those that contain bulky or unusually shaped items or require careful matching, are not suitable for the machines. This is where our experienced team of hand workers comes in to play. Their attention to detail and ability to work quickly under pressure ensure that we get jobs out correctly and on schedule.
Distribution
In addition to direct mail, we arrange the distribution of bulk items nationwide and across Europe. We have a regular contract to process orders for a gardening equipment company, taking the right machines from stock and despatching them for next day delivery.
Data Management
We can help you to get the best from your address list, using sophisticated de-duplication and address correction systems to make sure that the money you spend on creating your mailshot doesn't go to waste.
Printing
We have several high speed laser printers that can produce personalised letters and other documents at up to 1200 dpi. We can also produce address labels, although more and more of our customers prefer instead to have their envelopes personalised by our inkjet address printer, which provides a quicker, more attractive and cheaper solution than labels.
