Product Description
Our low noise amplifier modules can be found in Base Transceiver Stations (BTS), Tower Mounted Amplifiers (TMA) and Repeaters.
The parts serve all common mobile standards like CDMA 450, CDMA 800, GSM 850, GSM 900, DCS 1800, PCS 1900 and 3G (UMTS).
Designed as leadless chip carrier (LCC), the modules are especially developed for the use as the first stage in the receive path of infrastructure equipment. Therefore the LNAs provide outstanding electrical characteristics regarding gain and noise figure. The modules are available as off-the-shelf components, 100% tested, and shipped in a standard tape and reel package.
