The Lumicon BinoViewer, the LD1040, allows you to use both eyes while looking through your telescope. These high-quality German-made telescope binocular viewers employ Grade-A BK 7 crown glass for their precision-polished prisms. Ordinarily, BaK 4 is used as a recourse to improve color correction, but in these binocular viewers color correction is so good that we may use the most transparent, homogeneous, bubble-free crown glass available - - BK 7.
Clear aperture is 22mm. Its straight-through design employs superior roof prisms for image erection. Each prism surface is multicoated for the highest transmission of light and freedom from ghosts.
