Polyamines are liquid cationic polymers of differing molecular weights, which
work well as primary coagulants and charge neutralisation agents in solid-liquid
separation processes. The chemistry range available ensures there is a suitable
product for the most demanding of applications.
Preparation:
Recommended working solutions can be conveyed via a 10:1 dilution system
situated close to the desired application as long as adequate turbulence is
achieved in the feed flow.
Application:
Filtration – improves filtered water quality
Demulsification – demulsifies oily waste and emulsions
Latex coagulation – promotes coagulation and replaces brine.
Belt, Filter and Screw pressing – promotes dewatering as a two component
system.
Dissolved air floatation – promotes coagulation of solid matter
Water Clarification – improves influent and effluent in contaminated
streams
