Specialty Equipment
Many refrigeration systems have additional equipment installed based on unique applications. Many of these specialty items can be skid mounted and prefabricated, tested and installed by Stellar. Packaged Refrigeration Systems
Onsite fabrication, installation, testing and stabilization for refrigeration systems can be extremely costly due to many unknowns. Many of the key variables that affect the cost of developing a refrigeration system can be identified by the specification of a packaged refrigeration system. Stellar has the capability to design and fabricate a packaged system to be used throughout the food & beverage, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and power and utility industries.
Constructed at Stellar's Star Fabricators in Jacksonville, Florida, many types of systems are available: Ammonia, HCFC, HCF and Alternative Refrigerants. All systems can have a sturdy structural steel frame, interconnecting piping & wiring, painted, insulated, state-of-the-art control system, motor control center, and indoor/outdoor or hazardous ratings.
Stellar also designs and builds packaged chillers such as water chillers, ethylene glycol/propylene glycol chillers and calcium chloride chillers using low temperature & process fluids such as Dowtherm J, D-limonene, CO2, Propane, Methane and Butane.
