Product Name: P610 Process Timer
Product Description
The P610 Meter is a versatile unit used to display the process times on conveyor fed production systems.
The unit will monitor pulses related to speed on a process plant, and rather than display speed it will display its reciprocal, the actual time that the process takes. As the machine speed increases, the process time is reduced. Typical applications are baking or freezing time of items passing through a conveyor fed oven or freezer.
The unit is fully configurable for a large range of input frequencies and using the rear mounted scaling switches can be set to display in units such as minutes or seconds. It has an in-built excitation voltage to power the sensing device such as proximity or photo- electric switches. Two additional output options are available: an alarm relay to give a volt-free relay contact changeover when the display reaches a certain preset level, and a 4-2OmA output configurable to operate between any two points within the operating range.
