Series RLSH
The series RLSH relays are intrinsically safe interfaces which present volt-free contacts to the hazardous area in response to energisation of the safe area coils. The most common application include control and reset signals to field Intrinsically Safe counters, signals to Intrinsically Safe Alarm/annunciator panels, calibration offsets on hazardous area load cells. Second stage tone command on sounders etc. Series RLHS
The series RLHS relays are intrinsically safe interfaces which present volt-free contacts to the safe area in response to energisation of the hazardous area coils. The certification parameters of the hazardous area coil terminals are such that they may be used in any Intrinsically Safe field loop without further certification. Series RLHH
The series RLHH relays are intrinsically safe hazardous area components, intended for coupling signals between and two or three Intrinsically Safe circuits. Their intrinsic safety characteristics are such that they may be freely applied to any Intrinsically Safe loops without concern for system certifications. A special feature of the 2A and 2C models is the isolation between the two contact circuits. This avoids the often-imposed limitation of considering whether both switched circuits are safe in combination.
