Designed by Bang Design and engineered by Talon, The Talon Chair is the world's first full production carbon fibre chair. It utilizes new manufacturing technology exclusive to Talon, called LIT or liquid infusion technology. Truly a landmark in global furniture design, the Talon chair exudes style, exclusivity and function, utilizing the most modern materials and manufacturing processes on the planet. Internalised Colour System (ICS) ICS is Talon's new system for colouring fibres inside the composite matrix, accentuating the weave and protecting the colored finish. A range of colour options are available for the seat and backrest. Super strong, ultra light At 2.4 kilograms the Talon Chair is half the weight of a normal chair. The chair has been tested to International Standards ISO 7173:1989 (E) test level 5 and 7174-1:1988 (E) test level 5 by AFRDI. Weatherproof and durable Waterproof and UV resistant, the Talon Chair offers superior wear resistance to scratching, abrasion and general wear and tear. Low Thermal Transfer Unlike metal, carbon fibre is warm to the touch. 70% recyclable Due to production efficiencies the Talon Chair has a high residual value and is approximately 70% recyclable. Easy to store and stack The Talon Chair is designed for maximum storage efficiency. It stacks easily and being incredibly light, stacks can be lifted and moved with ease.
