Real Carbon's Technology produces quality composite parts, which are; lightweight, highly functional, and reliable. Here's how we ensure that each part meets this standard Rule #1: Continuous structural fibers shall connect major and secondary load paths Rule #2: Part shall be laid up and cured in one piece Rule #3: Design shall flow from function to interfaces to production process to final part. The final part shall not dictate process, and part interface shall not dictate function. Rule #4: Part interfaces shall be optimized for composite capability. No load bearing bonds to metal or composite parts. Parts do not rely on resin bonding for strength. Rule #5 Design features shall be integrated into the tooling and production process. There is no post machining or secondary bonding of intricate design features.
