Product Description

The Smartec digital temperature sensors are accurate to 0.7șC from -30șC to 100șC and 1.2șC from -45șC to 130șC. Output linear within 0.2șC. The sensor is a three terminal device with integrated sensor circuitry. A duty cycle modulated square wave is available from one terminal, the other two being power input and ground. The single-wire interface makes it simple to interface with any micro controller.
