XHPS Handler

Product Name: XHPS Handler

Product Description

XHPS is a gravity fed, wide temperature range (-20 °C - +85 °C) handler, designed to test 300-mil SO-8 pressure devices from 0bar to 1 bar. Devices are loaded into the input track of the handler from tubes placed manually one by one in the input tube holder. One tube contains 64 devices. In the input track devices are soaked to the necessary temperature. At the end of the input track devices are singulated and slide down to the test position, where they are fixed by stopper pins. At this position an electrical contact with the device is made and test air pressure is applied. Devices are also tested for leakage. After testing, devices are sorted in 2 categories, pass and fail. A bad device is rejected to the fail position, a good device continues the flow towards a tube. The computer constantly monitors the handler's operation by the use of optical sensors placed along the path. If a jam would occur, the program will display the appropriate error message. The Graphical User Interface provides an easy way of setting up the parameters of the handler operations and allows diagnostic control over all actuators and sensors of the handler.
