XHT Handlers

Product Name: XHT Handlers

Product Description

The XHT bulk to bulk handlers are automated systems for testing and sorting of TO92 devices 3-lead UA and 4-lead VA. Devices are bowl fed and stored at the input track, separated one by one by the pool shuttle. Each device reaches a position where the electrical tests are performed. Depending on the test results, devices are sorted into bulk bins or pre-set ready to pack quantity bins. A PLC controlled hardware / software system provides an extremely reliable control over the entire machine, taking care of the operating and alarm sequences. Special care has been taken to avoid wrong binning in case of alarm conditions, which is extremely important for high quality assurance. This handler employs gravity track feeding using a controlled close loop software mechanism by the placement of optical sensors at critical zones, ensuring reliability all the time. The main feeding track can be equipped with an electromagnetic test head for testing Hall sensors at temperatures form ambient to 150 °C, applying magnetic field strengths to 350 Gauss positive or negative.
