Product Name: ET250 Step Motor Driver
Product Description
The ET250 is a 4A 42V motor driver that fits a single height Eurocard 32-pin DIN format. This drive can replace the SGS D200 or the SGS D250M in many but not all cases. Micro-stepping is currently supported only up to 10:1. The higher current is supported via a larger heat sink which enables excellent cooling.
The key features are:
* 4.0 Amp continuous up to 42V DC.
* Full, half, 4:1, 8:1 or 10:1 stepping.
* 5V, 12V, or 24V optically isolated step and direction inputs.
* High speed 31kHz current chopping circuit.
* Minimum Pulse width 2.5 microseconds.
* 95% digital circuit design for reduced part count -- increased reliability.
* Single HV-DC supply; on-board regulator for logic supply.
* Large heat sink for excellent cooling.
* Board dimensions are 160mm X 100mm (6.20 x 3.94) DIN32 pluggable on rails.
Limitations: This card will currently only perform at most 10:1 microstepping. It does not support bus-card programming of the micro-stepping settings. It does not provide a sync out signal.
