Membership Cards Only has 7 mil matte finish plastic card that accepts laser toner from most laser printers such as HP4, HP5, Seimens 2240, etc. Card size is 3-3/8" x 2-1/8" and is affixed to a continuous form or cut sheet so it can run through a laser. Membership Cards Only has 7 mil UV coated card with a matte finish laser acceptance area... performs same as card above. Membership Cards Only has 10 mil laser printable plastic - entire form is laser plastic with a perfed out card. Form can be continuous or cut sheet. Quantities from 1,000 to 10,000,000.
