We can offer complete test / laboratory coating units with programmable drying for aqueous and solvent coating by most coating techniques; Reverse roll, Gravure, Doctor, Meyer bar, Slot and cascade with metering, Drying by air impingement with roller transport or flotation, and sequential control of temperature and humidity. Sample coating simulating continuous conditions can be achieved where production coating speeds are to be investigated. All items of equipment to upgrade existing production coaters can be provided; Simple or Turnover Unwind stands, Rewind stands, Automatic joiners for zero speed butt splicing, Magazines, Coating heads, Drives - flame proof systems capable of web widths up to 2000mm and speeds up to 150 metres per minute.
