Now panels as this as 4 mils (0.010mm) can be coated and dried in a single operation
by the new DP-6000 from Circuit Automation. Based on the production proven
DP-2500 coater platform, Circuit Automation has integrated this coater with the
HC-340 SupraConveyor Oven to provide a fully automatic system that can coat and
dry both sides of very thin substrates. The advantages of dual-sided coating and
drying over competitive technologies in minimizing handling defects has never been
more apparent than when processing these fragile parts. But, these advantages are
not limited to thin and flexible substrates. The DP-6000 can easily coat rigid panels
to 0.125" (3.175mm) thick and the DP-6000HD coats panels as thick as 0.500" (12.7mm)
