Our strength here is in numbers. We have a large compliment of turning centers with capacities from 1” to 104” diameter and length’s to 27’ long. Our highly accurate lathes produce precision rolls to exact dimensions and tolerances, consistently.
Several years ago we broke down the roll building process with a single purpose. We wanted to see where we lacked in equipment capacity when it came to the individual stages of roll manufacturing. Once we had our results we then set out to acquire specific machines to fill in the gaps in our manufacturing process. That was over five machine tool purchases ago and our shop flow is remarkably faster and more efficient.
