Capabilities

  • Development and provision of fully integrated training and mission-planning solutions
  • Provision of instructors, courseware developers and logistics-support mission planning
  • Development and production of aircrew and maintenance-crew training devices that integrate high-fidelity cockpits, visual systems, instructor operating stations and software that posses high levels of realism
  • Distributed Mission Operations methods that enable aircrews to train together from their home bases -- regardless of location on land or sea -- using devices that can be deployed anywhere
  • More than 27 years of mission planning development, maintenance and integration that covers a large variety of aircraft and weapons systems

Project Examples

After more than 30 years, Boeing has developed more than 150 training systems for 24 different aircraft. This includes:

  • Complete integrated training systems, such as the Air Force T-1A tanker/transport training system, the C-17 Aircrew Training System and the U.S. Army AH-64D Apache Longbow Training System.
  • Distributed Mission Operations for the F-15C and the F-15E
  • Networking capability solutions for Distributed Mission Operations training on existing U.S. Air Force devices, including the C-5, C-17 and KC-10 aircrew training systems
  • Boeing's work as a member of the F-16 Distributed Mission Operations industry team, providing the prime contractor with proven Distributed Mission Operations expertise and common system components
  • Apache helicopter training in the United Kingdom, as part of a joint venture that includes warranted results under a private-financing initiative
  • More than ten years of providing B-2 Mission planning hardware, software, training and site support
    • Coordinated, concurrently developed software products to provide a complete system that is integrated with government-furnished software
