The IRT System is a drying unit suitable for integrating into your existing envelope machine. It is a short-wave infrared lamp that concentrates the energy only on the product to be dried by emitting the wavelengths of the targeted materials. Dramatically improve your Flexoprinting Drying process and your Glue Drying process. Take advantage of the IRT system to reduce costs, improve quality and increase efficiency. Flexoprinting Process When changing to water-based inks many problems usually arise. The IRT System will: · Improve the drying time of water-based inks. The drying process with an IRT lamp is from the inside out, allowing the heat to completely penetrate the paper. · Eliminate Smearing problems and improve quality. Glue Drying Process Leister-nozzles are the most commonly used devices in glue machines, with an average consumption of 25 to 50 kW. The IRT System will: · Replace the nozzles with a total consumption of 9 kW. · Produce no heat in the surroundings of the material, keeping the working environment in better conditions.
