Xact’s range of robust and reliable coding and marking systems have been proven successes in a wide range of industrial applications.
The drop-on-demand valvejet systems from Matthews Swedot have proved extremely effective in harsh environments which are dusty, subject to vibration and suffer extremes of temperature. Originally designed to meet the needs of the Swedish timber industry, the pressurised, self-contained ink systems ensure printheads do not de-prime and ink is kept free of debris contamination.
Xact’s HM print & apply labelling systems are also built to cope with the rigours of heavy industry. Constructed from corrosion resistant materials such as stainless steel and aluminium Xact labelling systems are built to stand the test of time. Applicator units milled out of solid blocks of aluminium give increased vibration resistance and in dusty environments pressurised air can be used to ensure systems are kept dust-free and the label application process is unaffected.
Industries in which Xact systems have been effectively used includes packaging, automotive, aviation, textile and paper industries printing products
