Product Description
In order for us to guarantee your Quickturn Prototype ships out within 8 hours, all data must be received by 7:00 AM, Pacific Time. If data is received after 7:00 AM Pacific Time, your order will ship out the next business day.
Processing of all Quickturn Prototypes is double-sided plated Through Hole and Surface Mount. Lamination used to manufacture our circuit boards is FR4 epoxy glass 1/16 .062. We start off with 1/2 oz copper foil and an additional 1 oz of copper is electroplated to the 1/2 oz base of finished copper weight. A 60/40 tin lead is electroplated over the 1 1/2 oz copper, then it is hot oil reflowed for a final finish. Our guaranteed resolution is .008 min track width and .008 min spacing. The application of soldermask and silkscreening are not available in this Quickturn Prototype service. All boards are sheared in simple rectangles (no routing, special cutouts, or contours are available in this service).
