This value-added service insures your electronic assembly will perform to the required specifications when it's integrated into your product. From board level testing, with either the Testronics MDA (Manufacturing Defect Analyzer) or a dedicated functional test fixture for system level testing, Surmotech will develop a test plan around your product requirements. It's our philosophy that every product we build will perform to your requirements out-of-the-box. For large volume production we recommend ICT (In-Circuit Test) or MDA testing; however, for lower volume products Surmotech has developed a test plan that uses AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and board/system electrical testing to give you a cost effective way to achieve total test coverage
