Product Description
There are two types of Vits Multicut Sheeters, the LP and the HP, which are available in 27 and 38 inch widths and are capable of infinitely variable cut-off from 6" to 36" at speeds of up to 1600 ft/min
These Multicut sheeters can be used wherever printed and unprinted papers and cardboard in various cut-off lengths are manufactured and are designed for either in-line or off-line operation.
The cutting section consists of a precise computer enhanced servo drive that controls the infeed and the cutting head coupled to the cutting cylinder. The cutter head is a full size dynamically balanced rotating cylinder equipped with two single knife block assemblies exactly 180 degree opposed to each other.
The Multicut Sheeter can be used for:
" Label printing
" Packaging printing
" Embossed and coated papers
" Sheet fed printing
" Confection of paper
Once the sheets are cut the Multicut offers three delivery options; conveyor style, pile delivery, or stacker/batcher.
