3 Axes press brake control module
The DM-02 controls the three main axes of a synchronized press brake, Y1 Y2 and X. This module is one of the available modules of the Delem modusys architecture. Y1-Y2, two fully closed-loop controlled hydraulic axes of the press brake driven with the highest speed and position control available on the market.
At the same time, the DM-02 guarantees full interactive operation with many other machine functions such as X axis (backgauge), crowning control, part support and many more.
With its 23 on/off signals and the PLC functionality the DM-02 can be optimally configured by the machine manufacturer himself to meet the most complicated control demands.
Typical machine and control parameters are specified in the DA-60 series operator panel and downloaded to the DM-02 via its high speed bus.
The DM-02 utilizes the 24Volt dc power supply which is often available in the machine control box. Due to the relatively low power consumption a normal power supply can be used.
Because of the CE demands on machine safety the DM-02 has been tested for EMC radiation and suspensibility according to the IEC801 norm specification.
