Aircraft Wing

Product Name: Aircraft Wing

Product Description

From design realisation, products and applications include: Aircraft Wing structures, components and aircraft control surfaces. Airwash structural composite panels and fairings. Aileron shrouds. Ribs. Leading edges. Access doors. De-icing ducts. Flap seal plates. Materials used include: Polyester, epoxy, phenolic, polymide and BMI resin matrices. Carbon composite structures, glass and aramid reinforcing fibres. A range of nomex honeycomb, aluminium honeycomb and advanced polymer foam cores. Glass filled high temperature moulding compounds. A range of silicon elastomers for bonded assemblies. St Bernard Composites has developed a range of kitting activities for parts or groups of parts aimed at reducing supply chain costs, final assembly times and the number of direct suppliers to our customers. By taking on the responsibility for wider control and management of the supply chain, SBCL now procures a range of metallic and non metallic components to both integrate within the composite product or to deliver as part of an assembly or kit.
