At MEC, we are learning and practicing lean manufacturing technologies and culture, utilizing the Toyota Production System as our guide book. MEC’s transformational leaders and associates practice what Toyota calls Genchi Gembutsu, which loosely translated means “go and see for yourself and thoroughly understand the situation.” Based on what we see, we work together to create processes that produce incredible results.
