Phased Development Process

Product Name: Phased Development Process

Product Description

MEC’s phased development process gives you a complete up-front view of your product development program. We begin every project with a planning and specification development stage that clearly defines all necessary steps, when they’re due, and what you’ll need to contribute or approve as the project moves ahead. As the project advances, MEC uses a “phased gate” process. We review each new step with you, and we only begin work when you’re satisfied that the design and manufacturing process will yield the product performance you want.
