CPS-6100

Product Name: CPS-6100

Product Description

MODIFIED CONTINUOUS PEER-SOL® The Modified Continuous Peer-Sol® CPS-6100 punches a line of holes across a moving web. The CPS-6100 accommodates higher speeds – up to 1200 cycles per minute on a production basis, and effectively cuts most film. It is an air operated, electrically activated unit that requires a 40 millisecond pulse to operate. Each unit comes completely equipped with master filter – regulator, gauge and electric high speed solenoid valve that transmits a signal to activate the cylinders. Hole sizes are 1/8", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", or 7/16" mounted on 1-1/2" centers across the web. Older CPS-6000 punch banks can be upgraded to accept the new high speed punching unit. NEW STYLE CONTROL UNITS The CPS-6100 is capable of operating at faster speeds allowing use of our latest hole control systems. Using fiber optics, we are able to punch holes in relation to printing. With our Combination Systems, we can offer units able to punch patterns in registration, independent of changes in film speed. For more details on all of the available timing accessories, see XXXX.
