Unigears manufacture precision cut worms & wormwheels to the customers specification, utilising either the customers free issue material, or providing a complete supply and production service. Unigear worms and wormwheels can be manufactured with metric or imperial centres. Worms are made from hardened, polished steel and Wormwheels from phosphor bronze, SRBF or Delrin. Ratios in all sizes from 4 1/8:1 to 72:1
