Product Description
Fixed Gas Detection Systems
Reliable & affordable permanent gas detection
Whatever your application, we have the right Fixed Gas Detection solution for
you.
Our Fixed Gas Systems are available for installation either outside or
directly inside the hazardous area, and can be specified to suit your
application.
These Fixed Gas Monitoring solutions come from the same company that brings
you the world's greatest smallest portable gas monitors, so you can count on the
same quality, reliability and affordability.
Controllers
Our
Pioneer 4W Controller is the most versatile and affordable continuous
monitor available for gas detection and process control. This feature-packed
instrument accepts a wide variety of power inputs and provides numerous output
options.The
Pioneer™ 16R Gas Monitoring System is a 19” rack mounted version of our
popular Pioneer™ series of gas monitors.
This continuous monitoring controller is capable of handling up to 16
separate sensor inputs to detect gas levels from 1 to 16 remote locations. The 4
display screens on the front panel simultaneously displays the gas level for all
active channels.
Gas detection should not be complicated. The
Beacon 110 Gas Detection System is gas detection simplified.
First in our line of Beacon Fixed Gas Detection systems, the Beacon 110 is a
powerful, low cost fixed system controller for one point of gas detection. It is
microprocessor controlled, versatile, simple to install and operate, and priced
to be the industry’s best value single gas detection controller.
Another interesting Fixed Gas Detection controller, the
Beacon™ 200 is a powerful, low cost fixed system controller for two points
of gas detection. It is microprocessor controlled, versatile, simple to install
and operate, and priced to be the industry’s most economical two point
controller.
The Beacon 410 Four Channel Controller is a highly configurable,
microprocessor-based, flexible and easy to use 4 channel gas monitor. It
simultaneously displays the gas type, readings, and status for 4 channels of gas
detection. It can monitor any combination of direct connect sensors (LEL
combustibles, Oxygen, Hydrogen Sulfide, Carbon Monoxide, and Carbon Dioxide) as
well as any 4-20mA transmitters.
The
Beacon 800 is a simplified, versatile, low cost fixed system controller for
one to eight points of gas detection. It is microprocessor controlled and is
capable of accepting up to 8 separate 4-20 mA sensor transmitters which can be
either 2 or 3 wire. The Beacon™ 800 can be powered by either 24 VDC or 115 VAC.
It is simple to operate and comes complete with a wall mount installation kit.
The
RM-580 Multi Channel Gas Installations system is available in either a 4, 6,
9, or 12 channel wall mount housings making it easy to fit custom space
requirements. The brilliant three color bar graph display is quick and easy to
read even from long distances.
The
RM590 Multi Channel Gas Monitoring System is ideal for continuous monitoring
of up to 12 channels.
Detector Heads
The
35-3000RK (A) Sample Draw Gas Detector series is a compact sample draw
detector assembly with a built-in pump that accepts a 24VDC input. This unit
features a NEMA 4X enclosure making it dust, water and corrosion resistant.
Large versions of this efficient sample draw system are available with up to
four sensors, LEL, O2, H2S and CO all in one enclosure. The
GD-K77D Gas Monitoring detector head is a complete sample drawing gas
monitor, including digital readout and alarm relays. A new gas sensor technology
using an intelligent sensor for remote location calibration and setup is used.
The
GD-K7D2 series Toxic Gas Detection Equipment is a workhorse sample draw
assembly for use with a wide variety of electrochemical sensors for toxic gas
detection. This Fixed Gas Detection unit is designed for simple servicing in
that the sensor and pump can be easily replaced in less than one minute each.
The
GD-K8A sensor head for hazardous gas detection - and other gases - is a
diffusion style head that is ideally suited to meet your fixed gas detection
requirements.
The
Gas Detector Head models GD-K77DG and GD-K77DG-NT use pyrolysis to oxidize
NF, (Nitrogen triflouride); which is then detected as NO2 with an
electrochemical sensor. The Fixed Gas Detection models GD-S77DG and S77DG-NT
also use pyrolysis to oxidize TEOS (Tetraethoxysilane). The resulting SiO2
(Silicon dioxide) is then detected in a ionization chamber.
The
Direct Connect Explosion Proof Gas Sensors are highly reliable and very cost
effective fixed gas detection solutions for the detection of common gas hazards.
The direct connect series are available for LEL, H2 Specific LEL, Oxygen, H2S,
and CO for a variety of our controllers.
The M2 is a state-of-the-art transmitter that can operate as an independent,
stand-alone fixed gas detection system or as part of a system connected with an
analog or digital signal to virtually any controller, PLC, or DCS. The
M2 Combustibles Gas Monitor detects LEL combustibles, oxygen, hydrogen
sulfide, or carbon monoxide. Other Diffusion Sensor or Sample Draw Sensor /
Transmitter options are available.
The low cost
CO H2S Gas Monitor M series are highly reliable fixed gas detection systems
and very cost effective basic 4-20 mA transmitters for the detection of carbon
monoxide and hydrogen sulfide.
The
PS2 Single Point Stand Alone Monitor is a perfect low cost gas installation
solution for Hydrogen Detection in battery rooms, or for LEL or PPM level
detection of a variety of flammable or solvent vapors in general industry
The
RI-215 Infrared CO2 Gas Monitor is widely used in the measurement and
control of CO2 levels in a variety of applications where CO2 monitoring or
detection is required.
The
S series LEL H2S CO O2 HC Gas Monitors are highly reliable and very cost
effective basic 4-20 mA transmitters for detection of common gas hazards. The
“S” series transmitters are available for LEL, Oxygen, H2S, CO, or for 0 - 500
ppm Hydrocarbon detection (for various fuels or solvents).
This
Hydrogen Detector offers unique proprietary sensor technologies for hydrogen
specific detection in either the % LEL or PPM ranges. By utilizing a proprietary
molecular sieve coating that is built into both our catalytic or solid state
sensors, false alarms from typical hydrocarbon interfering gases are essentially
eliminated.
