Product Description
On manholes we offer two services, dependant on their condition. They can
either be relined, or in less severe cases, the joints can be refurbished, or
joints and a seal coat can be applied. Joint refurbishment helps prevent
infiltration from salinity and tree roots etc. coming through the joints.
The refurbished surface is left with a smooth even finish ensuring easier
cleaning and maintenance. Even when degraded to Rio or dirt, most manholes can
be rebuilt to original dimensions, ensuring ongoing structural integrity. A
trowellable liner is then applied to ensure ongoing corrosion resistance.
In Manhole relines any repairs to benching can also be done. There is often no
need to replace convertor slabs as these can also be refurbished. There is no
need to alter the existing structure and all work is carried out from inside the
structure.
