To provide solutions for their customers, Hutchinson invented the Flexonic® belt. The first flexible belt for industry. The new belt eliminates the need for tensioning devices and specialized fitting tools. The Flexonic® belt is easily fitted onto pulleys, set at a fixed center distance, by hand.
Its elastic polyamide cord – stretching from 2% to 10% - provides for an unequalled capability to absorb vibration, for tension stability, and for improving the quality of the transmission resulting in a significant increase in the life of the drive.
The Flexonic® belt is available in three different profiles PH, PJ, PK, and is suitable for a very wide range of applications, that most probably includes yours!
