Wireless Sensor Interface

Product Name: Wireless Sensor Interface

Product Description

ICHM® 20/20 Wireless Data Acquisition and Processing Module

The ICHM® 20/20 is a revolutionary data acquisition and processing module designed to serve in any type of monitoring and control application. The ICHM® family of products from Oceana Sensor is built on Bluetooth® wireless technology (version 1.1 compliant) for transducer area networking. Bluetooth wireless technology provides an industry standard (IEEE 802.15) wireless communication network, facilitating interoperability between a variety of devices ranging from handheld computers to cell phones to a multitude of wired or wireless network options. See User Interfaces

Now with integral interface to ICP® sensors.

Use Oceana\'s sensors or those from other manufacturers and gain the benefits of Bluetooth wireless technology. In fact, work is underway with developers of unique transducer types around the globe to deliver compatible sensors including corrosion detection, bearing load, combustion pressure, fluid condition, fluid debris, and gas turbine gas path constituents to name a few.

Oceana Sensor is working with the leaders from industry and academia to deliver analysis tools hosted on the ICHM® 20/20 platform. Through partnerships and our own development, The ICHM® family of products is able to integrate with a variety of industrial buses and local area networks to enable connectivity from component to enterprise around the globe.

Oceana Sensor is leveraging the power of Bluetooth wireless technology and the Internet to solve your most challenging monitoring applications.

The ICHM® 20/20 provides:

  • A compact, reliable wireless data acquisition and processing node suitable for high and low bandwidth input signals.
  • Industry leading 24 bit ADC at up to 48 kHz sampling frequency for dynamic measurements (including 12 bit ADC for static measurements).
  • The ideal platform for remote monitoring and processing of a variety of sensor measurements.

Baseline configurations include either:

  • 2 channels 24 bit ADC, with up to 48kHz sampling frequency for dynamic measurements
  • 4 channels of 12 bit ADC for static measurements, or
  • 6 channels (Combined 2 dynamic and 4 static channels as described above)

All configurations include a NEMA 4 enclosure with outline dimensions of 4.72 in (119.88 mm) W x 2.20 in (55.88 mm) H x 3.16 in (80.26 mm) D.

Options:

  • Rechargeable battery backup
  • Sensors (Refer to sensor selection guide)
  • Optional digital tachometer/counter input
