Software package includes (1) RS232K and up to 4 hours
of Web-based/online training. Annual user fee is paid annualy, beginning year
two, and is required for ongoing software support. Software support will be
billed at $100/hr. with a $50 minimum per inquiry. Factory startup is reequired
and includes sample meter verification, database setup and general cost
allocation and/or billing training for a single building.
