The VT7300-fan coil thermostats from Viconics Inc. are designed to provide exceptional temperature control of multi-speed fan coil units with 2 position, Analog or floating temperature control valves. These thermostats are positioned to provide a reduction in project delivery costs related to installation, programming & commissioning time. These costs are reduced dramatically with the installation of one small wall mounted configurable application specific device vs. the traditional programmable sensor-controller solution. 

The VT7300 is now available in three distinct variations: BACnet, 
Echelon-Lontalk, and non-communicating versions. Features, aesthetic, and sequences are shared throughout the VT7300 product line. Offering it’s user one intuitive device to cover many applications. Lontalk Versions adhere to the SCC8500 Lonmark space comfort controller. BACnet ms/tp versions use standard BACnet BIBB’s to accomplish extraordinarily simple integration to any system. Lontalk versions are complimented with LNS plug-in to further facilitate the integration process. BACnet variants offer 
unique auto-baud, which allows the thermostat to match the existing communication speed.

In addition to accommodating most industry standard protocols, the VT7300-series offers uniqueness through covering a broad range of most use applications. Peripheral items, and auxiliary relays are eliminated by packaging most require peripheral controls into one, easy to install wall thermostat. All thermostats are pre-canned with most used sequences to accommodate 85% of all applications eliminating the need for complex custom programming. Configuration may be accomplished either via the local configuration utility or via the network.
