Transicon is a registered System Integrator for both Rockwell and Wonderware. Our engineers have many years experience in programming all of the market leading PLC's and HMI's, including Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell and GE Fanuc. 

Utilising PC emulation software our engineers are able to write and test programs with out the PLC. This affords reductions in commissioning time giving significant reductions in cost. 

Utilising the emulation software we have also been able to review customer software to ascertain the reasons behind operational problems. Resulting in a more efficient operational process with, in many cases significant energy savings being achieved.

Many companies require visual monitoring of control equipment with a SCADA system. Systems supplied by Transicon include RSView32, RSViewME, WinCC and Wonderware Intouch. With today's growing need for "shop floor to top floor" data, we have installed many data archiving systems to complement the SCADA system. These archiving systems provide data in a format ready to use by Microsoft Office applications. Whether the project is of a stand-alone or networked application, our engineers have the knowledge and experience to provide an outstanding job.

Many customers now require online support. This has been provided by PSTN modems connected to the PLC. GSM modems have successfully provided this when the panels have been located in a remote region. In either case it has provided a quick way of determining a plant error and if necessary a means to modify the software with out a site visit. Enabling customers to restart production with the minimum downtime.
