Reliability
Unlike PC operating systems, the CM rage of controllers each have an Operating
System (Os) designed specifically for their needs. Our controllers will run year
after year without the crashes that PC's are prone to. This is due to the way in
which the controllers hardware and software is designed. Our customers expect to
run a machine for at least 10 years and expect minimum servicing to be carried
out during that time. Some controls will be run 24 hours a day all-year-round
and therefore reliability is paramount.

The CM2, CM3, CM4 and CM4 12.1 are control systems that are designed by TRM
to allow you to take full advantage of the power and reliability of embedded

The CM4Q, version comes complete with a full QWERTY keypad and a 12.1inch
colour TFT display for those applications that need to display a lot of
data or process flow.

All controls are housed in a strong 2mm thick aluminium case that is designed
and manufactured specifically for each model. Each controller has a
polycarbonate overlay bonded to the front plate and a 2mm hard polycarbonate
window covering the LCD display to protect from damage.
