VersaBurn life test and burn-in system

Product Name: VersaBurn life test and burn-in system

Product Description

The VersaBurn life test and burn-in system serves as accelerated life-time testing system. Depending on the task, either an oven or a drawer configuration will be used. To comply with different devices, the drawers and the fixtures are interchangeable. This way, different functionalities as well as different packaging states can be tested on the same system (e. g. chip-on submount devices, finished modules, pump lasers, single wavelength transmitters or tunable lasers).

The VersaBurn can work computer-independent with the intelligence on the drive cards. If more complex measurements will be carried out, the sophisticated process software allows to take the relevant measurement data.

The VersaNet network integration allows to transfer the data between different process steps. For example, data of the VersaTest bar and chip-on-submount test station can be used to set parameters for the burn-in cycle.
