Depending on the specific application, the appropriate laser will be used. It will be chosen according the beam profile, the wavelength and the required power for the device to be processed.
In combination with high-precision multi-axis motion systems and the respecitive optics, ELS offers complete microstructuring systems with process control software.
The modular software package SpaceMaster serves both for process development and serial production.
