The laser soldering stations SolderStar
are used in the high-quality electronic production, especially for
heat-sensitive parts. These cannot be applied with standard reflow processes and
have to be manually soldered - a tedious task.
Also in combination with lead-free solder material, SolderStar provides
superior technical advantages. The introduction of the heat is locally limited,
thus avoiding the heat-up of the entire structure. The thermal load is reduced
to a minimum.
The SolderStar system use the high-power diode laser systems DiodeStar.
