The VersaGlue aligns and glues microparts. Sophisticated measurement techniques combined with intelligent software algorithms cut process time down to a minimum. All linear and rotational degrees of freedom can be motorized for complete process automation.
The VersaGlue can also be used to carry out measurements on the devices. The process software allows the easy integration off aditional functionalities.
The modular VersaGlue system can be customized. The customers can start with a basic configuration and upgrade the unit as needed. If the device to be manufactured changes, only a new tool set is required. All other functional groups of the system remain the same. This is also true for the SpaceMaster process software.
