he VersaWeld Microwelding systems are used for the high-precision production with minimum weld shift. The weld laser is chosen according the device material and the desired spot size.
The customized set-up allows to tailor the VersaWeld station exactly to the desired production requirement. Depending on the device, the respective motion system, axis configuration and measurement instruments will be chosen to guarantee a reliable production with high throughput.
Automated welding procedures are realized by using approriate sensors. This also allows an active alignment. In this case, the signals of the sensors serve as feedback for the position optimization.
