Description

- Wide range of active areas (up to 1600 mm) and thicknesses (2 to 5 mm).

- Gold front entrance window: nominal 2000 A equivalent Si.

- Lithium back contact: £ 50 µm equivalent Si.

- Gold plated circular brass mount with radial Microdot connector for LTC series.

- Gold plated rectangular brass mount with radial Microdot connector for LTR series.

Note- These detectors are built to order .Typical delivery time is 3-5 months.
