Product Description

ELECTROCHLORINATION Castlet designs and manufactures standard and bespoke low voltage, high current transformer rectifiers for powering electrochlorination and similar plant. Depending on the rating required, the transformer rectifiers can accept three phase input supplies at 440V, 6.6kV or 11kV, and can produce electronically controlled constant current outputs up to 15kAdc and up to 200Vdc. The electronic control can be by means of 6- or 12-pulse thyristor rectifiers, and the transformer rectifier configuration can be either oil or forced air cooled. Castlet can provide all the associated switchgear and electrical control facilities required to complete the installation, and can also arrange for the integration of the equipment into the overall plant EC&I system.
