When an automated welding positioner is not required or power is not available, LJ Welding & Machine offers simple and effective solutions for manual welding positioners.
Manual Hand Crank Welding Positioners - ideal for use in welding applications where power source is not available or not needed. Similar to regular bench top welding positioners in function, these positioners are supplied with a hand crank and gearing system that allows the user to comfortably rotate the workpiece with a mechanical advantage and maximum speed control.
Hand Spinners have a shaft that is mounted in bushing housings and allows the user to smoothly position or turn a workpiece for manual welding. The work piece flange on our hand spinners can be bolted to manual welding positioners via a slotted fitting for pipe diameters up to
18inch.
